| The Day's Activities... |

The Day will start at 10.00 a.m. at a local Chinese supermarket where Hannah will guide you through shopping for Chinese ingredients, discuss the menu and buy the final items for the day’s cooking. |

Back in the kitchen you will be involved in a hands-on basis (Aprons will be provided!) in preparing and cooking a range of six dishes (see samples below), with Hannah demonstrating all aspects and explaining the principles and varieties of Chinese cuisine. |
||
There will be no formal, sit down, 6-course lunch. We will eat each dish as and when it is prepared thus experiencing each dish at its freshest and not overloading the digestion! |
||
The day will conclude about 3.00-3.30 after a palate freshening fruit dessert. You will take away a pack containing lists of ingredients and full recipes. |
